Vendor Booths are 250$ for the entire conference from Thursday to Saturday or 90$ for single days.
Also, vendors must provide their own tables.

Vendor Rules and Regulations
1) All vendors must cease selling merchandise during workshops, keynote speakers and caucuses. A schedule of times will be provided for you.
2) All registration fees must be paid before setting up booth.
3) There must be no display of nationalistic (i.e. Mexican flags, or flags of any kind), anti-M.E.Ch.A. paraphernalia or any offensive materials.
4) M.E.Ch.A. de NAU, Northern Arizona University, its administrators, faculty, staff, students, or National M.E.Ch.A. are not liable for theft, or merchandise damage.
Failure to comply with these rules and those of Northern Arizona University will result in removal from the conference.
